Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision, managerial direction and support to junior colleagues within the day unit team.
• Promote effective communication between all members of the health care team to support a cohesive working environment for patients and staff.
• Plan proactively for trends while maintaining cohesive team structure and effective use of resources.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation using electronic systems (e.g. EPR, Aria).
