GlaxoSmithKline plc in Stevenage, UK, is seeking a Diagnostics Delivery Lead to own operational delivery of diagnostics across oncology trials. You will coordinate biosample collection, assays, data readiness and audit readiness, working with Biomarker, Clinical Operations and external CROs.

The role requires delivering on-site and remote collaboration in a matrix environment, with a strong emphasis on process improvement, vendor oversight and regulatory compliance. Hybrid working model offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Experience in project or delivery management within diagnostics, clinical development, or healthcare.
• Knowledge of diagnostic technologies and regulatory/quality standards.

Mansioni

• Implement diagnostic plans for oncology programmes with audit readiness.
• Define biosample collection, processing and storage with cost‑effectiveness.
• Oversee trials assays at labs/CROs and manage vendor oversight.
