Job summary

Circle Health Group’s Clementine Churchill Hospital in Harrow is launching a dedicated Oncology Centre. We seek a Clinical Services Manager to lead nursing teams, implement high-quality cancer care, manage SACT services, and drive governance while supporting an expanding oncology program in Northwest London.

The role offers 37.5 hours weekly, with flexible shifts, and an emphasis on building a specialty nursing workforce and achieving excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Haematology/Oncology experience with Level 6/7 qualification and SACT administration.
• Proven leadership in senior nursing or clinical management within Haematology/Oncology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing team to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care.
• Act as a visible clinical leader and role model, providing expert advice to staff.
• Oversee day-to-day running of clinical services for safe staffing and patient flow.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (CQC, HIS, HIW) and professional standards.
• Monitor and manage departmental budgets and resource use.
• Provide direct line management to nursing teams, including performance and recruitment.
• Foster strong relationships with consultants, patients and families.
