Job summary

Bupa, a leading health insurer and provider, invites applications for a Clinical Case Manager in the Oncology Team. The hybrid role is based at Bupa Place, Salford Quays / Angel Court, London, with 2 days in the office and full-time hours. Salary from £37,800 DOE.

You will guide customers through treatment options, assess requests against policy terms, manage complex cases, and maintain compliant clinical records while collaborating with colleagues to deliver compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with NMC and hold RN status.
• Oncology experience is essential.
• Clinical case management experience is desirable.
• Ability to work independently with empathy and sound judgment.
• Excellent communication and digital skills.
• Experience with multiple healthcare systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and healthcare providers with treatment authorisations, eligibility queries and benefit explanations.
• Assess requests against policy terms and ensure customers are directed to the most appropriate treatment pathway.
• Manage clinically complex cases and provide support to colleagues across the business.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure all activity complies with data protection and regulatory requirements.
• Identify potential concerns, incidents or risks and escalate appropriately.
• Help improve customer outcomes by identifying suitable treatment options and pathways.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share knowledge and deliver excellent customer service.
