Bupa in Southampton is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager at Northlands House Care Home to lead nursing care, care planning and day-to-day clinical oversight.
You will oversee staff rotas, maintain medication records, mentor the team and promote independence, dignity and choice for residents.
This permanent role offers 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional night or weekend work, and a generous salary up to £54,000 depending on experience.
