Fletchers Solicitors Ltd in Southport is seeking an Onboarding Team Member to join our growing team. You will support clients through the initial sign-up process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and excellent customer service.

The role is 35 hours per week with initial in-office training followed by hybrid working. Salary £24,479 per year, with a bonus scheme and generous holiday. This is an opportunity to develop within a friendly firm prioritising client care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call centre or customer-facing role.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a legal services environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients daily via phone and email.
• Developing knowledge of the claims process for Medical Negligence.
• Understanding funding and insurance information; liaising with the legal team to progress cases.
• Obtaining client information and updating Proclaim file management system.
