Fletchers Solicitors Ltd in the North-West of the UK invites applications for an onboarding client support role. You will engage with clients daily by phone and email, guiding them through the initial sign-up process and ensuring accurate information is captured.
The position offers a 35-hour week, hybrid working after an initial office period, and a benefits package including 35 days holiday, pension salary sacrifice, life assurance and Medicash. Full training provided.
Office attendance expectation: Initial period in the office for training, followed by hybrid working.
Working hours: 35 hours - Monday to Sunday on a rota basis (1 weekend work in 4 weeks)

The successful candidatewill ensure that our clients are continually at the heart of everything we doby being motivated and enthusiastic about providing excellent customerservice. They will be responsible for onboarding clients byproviding step by step support to the clients during the initial sign-upprocess.
