Job summary

Fletchers Solicitors Ltd in the North-West of the UK invites applications for an onboarding client support role. You will engage with clients daily by phone and email, guiding them through the initial sign-up process and ensuring accurate information is captured.

The position offers a 35-hour week, hybrid working after an initial office period, and a benefits package including 35 days holiday, pension salary sacrifice, life assurance and Medicash. Full training provided.

Qualifications

• Call centre or customer-facing experience required.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a legal environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team player who can work collaboratively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients daily via phone and email.
• Developing knowledge of the medical negligence claims process.
• Explaining funding and insurance information to clients.
• Liaising with the legal team to progress cases.
• Amending sign-up/medical consent forms as needed.
• Entering accurate client information into Proclaim file management system.
• Managing daily enquiries and follow-ups with clients.
• Performing other duties as required by Team Leader or Head of Department.
• Gathering additional information from clients about potential claims.
• Assisting legal teams in onboarding high-value cases.
