Our Global Financial client is looking for a Broker Onboarding Specialist with experience in Foreign Exchange (FX). This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work remotely for 2 days per week.

The successful candidate MUST have a background in FX and will facilitate the seamless integration of new brokers into the firm. Responsibilities include providing operational and administrative support to the national sales team, guiding new brokers through the onboarding process, coordinating documentation, account activation, and system setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation Management and Compliance: Manage extensive documentation required for onboarding new brokers.
• Onboarding Execution: Coordinate all onboarding activities from initial documentation to account setup.
• System Navigation and Training: Become proficient in the firm's internal systems to support and train incoming brokers.
• Post-Onboarding Support: Provide ongoing support after onboarding is completed.
