Job summary

Strutt & Parker in London is seeking a Client Onboarding Quality Control Officer to quality-check AML/KYC files, oversee due diligence for new accounts, and support the Compliance Team with queries and process improvements.

You will provide structured feedback to analysts, maintain accurate QC records, and help design new QC procedures while working under tight deadlines in a busy real estate environment.

Experience in senior client due diligence and strong MS Office skills are essential.

• Experience performing client due diligence and AML regulatory interpretation.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete due diligence on new and existing accounts per AML/KYC policies.
• Provide guidance to front office and onboarding analysts on policy requirements.
