Job summary

Peel Hunt LLP in London is seeking a Client Onboarding/KYC Analyst to join the Client Lifecycle team within the Operations Department. You will complete onboarding and KYC reviews with high quality to support client relationships.

The role requires knowledge of AML, MiFID II, FATCA/CRS and the ability to collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Execution & Trading and Investment Banking to ensure compliant onboarding and ongoing risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Client Onboarding/KYC within financial services.
• Knowledge of AML rules and JMLSG guidance.
• Experience conducting due diligence on various client types.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a Client Lifecycle team.
• Complete Onboarding and Periodic Review with high quality.
• Conduct KYC (CDD, EDD, PEP) and apply risk-based approach.
• Understand AML, CTF, MiFID II, FATCA/CRS and related policies.
• Assess sanctions and adverse media and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure best onboarding experiences.
• Communicate with clients professionally.
• Complete account openings and manage lifecycle activities.
• Support Client Lifecycle Manager and escalate issues.
