Job summary

Une entreprise de services financiers dynamique recherche un Onboarding Manager pour orchestrer un processus d'intégration exceptionnel pour ses nouveaux collaborateurs. Le candidat idéal aura une expertise dans la création d'une expérience d'intégration unique au sein d'une entreprise mondiale et sera responsable de l'accueil des nouveaux employés, de leur immersion dans la culture de l'entreprise, et de leur suivi jusqu'à la fin de leur période d'essai. En travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes des ressources humaines et de recrutement, il/elle contribuera à établir des processus de recrutement de premier ordre.

Qualifications

• Expérience dans la conception d'expériences d'intégration au sein d'une entreprise mondiale.
• Expérience dans un secteur réglementé souhaitée.
• Gestion des nouveaux arrivants jusqu'à la fin de leur période d'essai.

Responsibilities

• Gérer toutes les étapes de l'intégration depuis les contrats jusqu'au premier jour au bureau.
• Collaborer avec les leaders des opérations RH et de l'acquisition de talents.
• Façonner et améliorer le processus d'intégration pour une expérience unique.

The business is a global financial services start-up with an exciting new mandate for an experienced onboarding manager.

As the business recruits top talent over the next couple of years, they want to create a brilliant reputation for first class service and excellent recruitment processes and experience.

The Onboarding Manager will work with the HR Operations and Talent Acquisition leaders to ensure that all candidate touch points are managed perfectly in a structured process that will immerse employees and potential employees in the wonderful business culture.

The job involves all stages of onboarding from contracts to day one in the office. As well as delivering these duties, you would help shape them and the processes in order for new starters to feel welcomed. It will be a professional experience, but you have creative license to make this unique and stand out from the rest of the market.

In order to apply, you must be able to demonstrate the design of the onboarding experience in a global business – ideally a regulated industry. You will have been the dedicated contact for new starters through to the completion of the probation period.
