Job summary

Worldpay (UK) Limited in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior CDD Operations Analyst to join the Enterprise Customer Due Diligence team and help manage complex onboarding and ongoing monitoring.

You will drive due diligence for new enterprise relationships, perform risk assessments for sanctions/PEP exposure, and ensure ongoing monitoring aligns with regulatory expectations while collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain high auditability and strong controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CDD/KYC or AML within financial services
• Experience screening for PEPs, sanctions and adverse media
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of AML regulatory frameworks and controls

Responsibilities

• CDD & EDD reviews for new enterprise relationships
• Screening & risk assessment of PEPs, sanctions, and adverse media
• Ongoing monitoring of existing enterprise relationships
• Operational quality & process ownership within the CDD function
• Stakeholder & relationship management with Business Development, Compliance and Audit
• Risk culture & industry awareness to stay ahead of regulatory changes
• Training & knowledge-sharing to coach junior analysts and drive best practices
