Job summary

Blue Legal in Northampton is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Client Onboarding Administrator to join the Risk Management team. You will support the firm's client and matter onboarding processes, ensuring file opening, AML, CDD, sanctions and conflict checking are completed accurately and efficiently.

The successful candidate will be proactive, with a commitment to accuracy and high-quality internal service, able to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administration role.
• Awareness of AML, CDD, sanctions and conflict search requirements.
• Knowledge of client and matter onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Support file opening, AML, CDD, sanctions and conflict checks to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Act as a central point of contact for fee earners, secretaries and support teams to manage onboarding.
• Ensure new clients and matters are onboarded accurately, efficiently and in line with firm policies.
