Job summary

Civil Works Alliance (CWA) is hiring an Onboarding Advisor to support the Sizewell C project. You will coordinate onboarding activities with recruitment, HR, people services and operations, ensuring new starters receive the information and documentation they need to begin their roles smoothly.

The role requires strong organisation, clear communication, and a service-focused approach to help colleagues feel prepared and included from their first interaction with the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding, recruitment coordination, HR administration, or similar support-focused role.
• Ability to coordinate multiple onboarding activities, deadlines, and stakeholders accurately and efficiently.
• Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to maintaining records and completing documentation.
• Clear, professional communication with new starters, hiring managers, and internal teams.

Onboarding Advisor Opportunity with the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), Supporting Sizewell CAs part of the CWA (Civil Works Alliance), you will support the building of Sizewell C. Sizewell C will be a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes and will play a key role in our energy future, supplying reliable, clean electricity for at least 60 years.
