Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is hiring for on-train cleaning roles across UK rail services. You will perform routine cleaning tasks aboard trains in service, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and a positive customer experience for passengers.

This role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, and involves interaction with passengers and train crew while travelling on the train.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain a tidy environment inside the train.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed, ensuring that all necessary materials are on hand to perform daily tasks.
• You will work onboard the trains during travel and will therefore have interaction with passengers and train crew.

About The Role:

Shift Pattern: Varied, earliest start time 5:30 latest finish time 23:00

This role plays a crucial part in the overall maintenance and appearance of trains, contributing to a positive customer experience. You will travel on the train whilst it is in service, upholding an excellent cleaning service.
