Job summary

Holovis designs and delivers world‑class guest‑facing systems for the themed entertainment industry. We are seeking an Onboard Systems Industrial Controls Engineer to deliver safe, reliable onboard equipment systems for ride vehicles, powering audio, lighting and interactivity.

You’ll own onboard power interfaces, wayside charging, and integration with ride control and attraction systems, writing clear requirements, schematics and maintenance documentation, and supporting FAT/SAT and site

Qualifications

• Experience integrating industrial control systems in automation and harsh environments.
• Take a system from concept to implementation with focus on safety, reliability and maintainability.
• Proficiency with PLC-based control integration, diagnostics and industrial communications.

Responsibilities

• Own onboard control requirements, architecture through to construction design and documentation.
• Define onboard controls specifications (power distribution, energy storage, charging) and multi-vendor interfaces for ride systems.
• Create and drive test plans for safety functions, FAT/SAT and vehicle integration testing.
