Job summary

Viking is seeking a Stateroom Steward/ess to join our river vessel housekeeping team. You will maintain spotless staterooms and public areas while delivering friendly, guest-focused service.

The role requires at least two years in housekeeping, a high school diploma, and good English. You will work independently, uphold impeccable hygiene, and participate in onboard training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years in housekeeping.
• Good English; other languages are an advantage.
• Able to work independently and maintain guest focus.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of staterooms and public areas.
• Careful handling of cleaning products and equipment.
• Laundering duties including washing and ironing.
• Assist with embarkation/disembarkation and report defects.
• Participate in onboard training and stock takes.
