Heart Talent is seeking a part-time Functions Team Member to assist in delivering exceptional guest experiences onboard our boats. This role involves providing top-tier hospitality, ensuring food safety, and supporting various functions and events.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and time management capabilities, with the flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays. Previous experience in hospitality is advantageous, and adherence to safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or over due to alcohol service requirements.
• Previous experience in Restaurant/Conference & Banqueting preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support the Functions Supervisor for guest experience onboard.
• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and coworkers.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of all common areas.
