Hawkstone Brewery in Glasgow is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth in the independent on-trade sector. You will visit venues, identify opportunities to expand distribution and boost sales of Hawkstone’s premium portfolio.

This full-time, permanent role requires strong relationship building, organization, and self-motivation. Salary £32k–£35.5k per year plus a performance bonus, company car and fuel card. You’ll manage your diary and work Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• On-trade experience in beer/hospitality sectors.
• Ability to build strong relationships with venues and distributors.
• Proactive, self-driven with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent organizational and diary-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Expand Hawkstone Brewery’s presence in the independent on-trade (IFT) sector by visiting venues.
• Identify opportunities to increase distribution and improve product visibility.
• Drive sales of Hawkstone Brewery’s premium portfolio and manage your diary effectively.
• Balance visits to existing customers with outreach to new prospects.
