Encore in Uxbridge, London is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support warehouse operations on-site. The role involves receiving, shipping, inventory control, and equipment preparation to company standards. You will work under the Warehouse Supervisor, ensuring safe and efficient logistics.

Key responsibilities include order processing, QC, equipment maintenance, and coordinating with other departments. A 1–3 year warehouse background and forklift experience are preferred; benefits include

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs. independently.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication skills with team members, site leadership, and customers.
• Organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Basic computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.
• Experience using an RF based WMS system (preferred).
• Experience operating industrial forklift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, ship and label products; pick and pack orders for delivery.
• Perform basic QC and inventory control tasks.
• Clean, test, maintain, and repair equipment prior to delivery.
• Load and unload equipment to trucks.
• Notify Supervisor of any defective equipment and arrange maintenance.
• Process shipments for small parcel and LTL deliveries.
• Operate industrial forklifts safely in warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Deliver world-class service and coordinate with other departments.
