Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an NSC Technician in Spennymoor to deliver high-quality repair and refurbishment within the Service Centre, supporting warranty and chargeable repairs across DEWALT, STANLEY and BLACK+DECKER brands.

You will develop technical knowledge of repair tools across brands, switch between functions when needed, and collaborate with the Service Centre Admin Team and broader After Sales Service colleagues to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Technical background with experience in a similar role.
• Experience in repair/refurbishment environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistently high standard of repair and refurbishment within the Service Centre (NSC).
• Support warranty and chargeable repairs and service excellence across leading brands.
• Be flexible in switching between repair functions and assist others with technical support.
