Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Spennymoor is seeking a National Service Centre Technician to deliver high repair standards and support warranty and chargeable repairs across major brands such as DEWALT, STANLEY, and BLACK+DECKER. You will contribute to reconditioning tools and service excellence within a busy NSC.

You will develop technical repair capabilities, work across repair functions, and collaborate with teams including Engineering, Product Management and Quality to meet performance targets

• Ability to manage varied and complex tasks to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide first fix resolution to tools received at the NSC.
• Learn technical repair knowledge across Stanley Black & Decker brands.
• Switch between repair functions within the NSC when needed.
• Provide technical and repair support to colleagues and other areas of the business.
• Adhere to SOPs and SAP/MS Office usage; ensure EHS compliance.
