Job summary

Liam Bacon Ltd is hiring a Solar Electrical Compliance Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in South Yorkshire. You will lead quality control, conduct audits and ensure all solar PV installations comply with MCS, BS7671 and associated standards.

The role oversees documentation and training to uphold safety and regulatory compliance across projects. Ideal candidates hold NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation with 18th Edition, plus City & Guilds solar PV and EESS awards; NICEIC Supervisor

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation is required.
• 18th Edition & BS 2391ECS/JIB G knowledge is essential.
• Old Card held.
• City & Guilds 2922-34 – Level 3 Award in Small Scale Solar PV.
• City & Guilds 2923-34 – Level 3 Award in Electrical Energy Storage Systems (EESS).
• Experience in solar PV, battery storage and electrical compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ideally NICEIC Qualified Supervisor status.
