Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Compliance Supervisor to join a growing renewable energy business in Glasgow. You will lead a team of Compliance Inspectors and carry out remote and on-site inspections across Solar PV, battery storage, ASHP and electrical storage heating installations.

The role combines technical and supervisory duties, reviewing certificates and documentation, providing coaching to teams, and supporting quality and safety.

Qualifications

Strong electrical installation background with renewable energy experience.
Experience reviewing electrical certification and installation documentation.
NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor or working towards.
Knowledge of BS 7671 and MCS standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of Compliance Inspectors to match a high-volume installation programme.
Carry out remote and on-site inspections across Solar PV, battery storage, ASHP and Electrical Storage Heating installations.
Review wiring, installation methods and supporting documentation.
Provide technical support and coaching to installation and inspection teams.
Liaise with manufacturers to resolve technical issues and warranty matters.
Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
