Job summary

SchoolGrid is seeking freelance Software Trainers to join our expanding team in East Anglia. You will visit client schools across the region to deliver high-quality training and on-site support, taking ownership of physical setup and pre-installation visits.

Full training and shadowing will be provided before you work solo, ensuring you are confident to represent SchoolGrid on-site. You will travel to schools within your area, with mileage and expenses covered.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing training or onboarding a product, system, or process.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently to varied audiences.
• Reliable, professional, and able to travel to multiple client sites.

Responsibilities

• Attend client sites to deliver high-quality training on SchoolGrid platform.
• Set up and install SchoolGrid terminals at client sites, including pre-install visits.
• Represent SchoolGrid professionally and build trusted relationships with school staff and caterers.
• Follow school protocols, safeguarding procedures, and data protection requirements.
• Maintain punctual, reliable service and provide ongoing support to clients.
