SchoolGrid is seeking freelance software trainers to visit primary and secondary schools across the UK, delivering high-quality training and on-site support. You will manage the full setup of SchoolGrid terminals and perform pre-installation site visits, with comprehensive training and shadowing provided before solo work.

This role requires a calm, solution-focused approach and a commitment to client success.

Qualifications

• Experience onboarding or training on a product, system or process.
• Experience delivering on-site training and support.
• Willingness to travel to schools locally.

Responsibilities

• Attend client sites to train school staff on how to use SchoolGrid.
• Set up and install SchoolGrid terminals on-site.
• Represent SchoolGrid professionally and build trusted relationships with school staff and caterers.
• Follow school protocols, safeguarding, and data protection requirements.
• Provide reliable, consistent service and on-time attendance.
