Job summary

SchoolGrid is seeking professional, organised freelance Software Trainers to join our expanding team in the UK. You will be the face of SchoolGrid on site, visiting client schools to deliver high quality training and support, and you'll take ownership of the setup including pre-install site visits and setting up terminals.

Full training and shadowing will be provided before you work solo, ensuring you are confident to represent us.

Qualifications

• Experience training clients on software or systems.
• Ability to travel to schools within local area.
• DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Train client staff on the SchoolGrid platform at client sites.
• Complete pre-installation site visits and set up SchoolGrid terminals.
• Represent SchoolGrid professionally and build trusted relationships with staff and caterers.
• Follow school protocols and data protection requirements.
