Job summary

SchoolGrid is seeking a professional Freelance Software Trainer to join our expanding team in Peterborough. You will visit client schools to deliver high-quality training and on-site support, taking ownership of setup and pre-install visits.

Full training with an experienced colleague will be provided before you work solo at sites. You should have prior experience in training or onboarding a product, system or process, with strong communication, patience and a calm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Training & Support: Train client staff on SchoolGrid platform at client sites.
• Installation: Complete pre-installation site visits and set up SchoolGrid terminals.
• Professional Representation: Represent SchoolGrid professionally with school staff and caterers.
• Compliance: Follow school protocols, safeguarding and data protection requirements.
• Reliability: Ensure punctual attendance and consistent service to clients.
