Scoot Digital is seeking a hands-on social media specialist based in Glasgow. You will create organic content, run paid campaigns, and own outcomes for diverse clients, including on-location shoots with their teams. Expect autonomy, real budgets, and direct client interaction.

Requirements include 3+ years in social media, ability to craft multiple brand voices, and strong data-driven decision skills. Travel to client sites with equipment is a regular part of the role.

Formación

• 3+ years in social media, agency or in-house.
• Ability to write copy in more than one brand voice.
• Comfort shooting and editing short-form video content.
• Confidence pulling data from Meta Business Suite and GA4 and turning it into clear recommendations.
• Juggle several accounts and take ownership without being chased.
• Full UK driving licence – on location shoots with equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, write and publish organic content that sounds like each client, not like an agency.
• Build and run paid social campaigns. Audiences, budgets, creative and live optimisation of accounts.
• Shoot and edit short-form video, and create/update simple assets in Canva or Figma.
• Manage client communities and handle sensitive conversations with good judgement.
• Set KPIs, track performance and benchmark results against the industry.
• Use data to make informed decisions and proactively apply changes to campaigns.
• Report monthly with clear recommendations that shape the next month’s work.
• Be the day-to-day social contact for your clients and present results with confidence.
