Job summary

itison, Scotland’s go-to for great experiences, is seeking a content-focused Social Content Producer to own our daily social output. You’ll shoot, edit and publish engaging content across platforms, lead big campaigns, and work with partners to showcase experiences.

The role blends newsroom-style storytelling with marketing execution, requiring a bold editor’s eye and comfort in front of the camera. You’ll own the desk on social content, travel to shoots, and shape formats that engage our 1.7

Qualifications

• Experience running and growing social channels for a consumer brand, publisher or media business.
• A track record of content that drives action.
• Strong hands-on content skills with tools like CapCut and Canva.
• A sharp editorial eye and a feel for what makes a great story.
• Manage volume without losing quality.
• Confidence on camera and a willingness to experiment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a high volume of daily content across multiple platforms.
• Lead major social campaigns, from idea to launch.
• Manage stakeholders across sales, paid media, scheduling and external partners.
• Manage budgets and keep a busy content calendar on track.
• Use data to track engagement and sales, and shape future content.
• Shoot, edit and publish content on location with partner businesses and in the office.
• Find compelling stories and tell them to drive bookings.
• Test new formats and series to keep feeds fresh.
• Grow an engaged community and run influencer/creator programmes.
• Be the face of itison on camera.
