Job summary

ESP Utilities Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver complex multi-utility infrastructure projects across HV/LV, water and district energy. You will lead planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination from concept to handover, ensuring CDM compliance and strong governance.

The role requires extensive experience with NEC4/JCT contracts, robust budgeting, and the ability to travel 4–5 days per week to project locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience delivering complex utility, infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
• Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Experience with large-scale mixed-use developments, regeneration programmes or major utility projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out of major multi-utility infrastructure projects (HV/LV, water, district energy, EV) from concept to handover.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery programmes with critical path analysis and milestone tracking.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and cost reporting; identify compensation events under NEC4 and JCT.
