Job summary

DO&CO in the United Kingdom is seeking a Security Manager to lead our security team, set direction, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with aviation security regulations.

You will plan labour hours within budget, liaise with managers, prepare for audits, and deliver accurate productivity and KPI reports. The role offers on‑site work, a collaborative environment, and opportunities to grow nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the security team, ensuring clear direction, feedback, and development.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with aviation security regulations.
• Plan and monitor labour hours, ensuring coverage within budget.
• Liaise with managers and stakeholders to maintain compliance and resolve issues.
• Prepare for audits and inspections, ensuring SOPs and compliance standards are met.
• Provide accurate reports on productivity, compliance, and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and problem resolution.
• Build strong relationships across departments and act as a role model.
