Job summary

DO&CO London is seeking a security leadership professional to manage and oversee aviation catering security operations on-site. You will direct the security team, ensure compliance with aviation security regulations, and drive performance across daily activities.

In this role you will plan labour hours within budget, liaise with managers, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while fostering cross-departmental collaboration and a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the security team, ensuring clear direction, feedback, and development.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with aviation security regulations.
• Plan and monitor labour hours, ensuring coverage within budget.
• Handle administrative tasks.
• Liaise with managers and stakeholders to maintain compliance and resolve issues.
• Prepare for audits and inspections, ensuring SOPs and compliance standards are met.
• Provide accurate reports on productivity, compliance, and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and problem resolution.
• Build strong relationships across departments and act as a role model.
