Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a security professional to protect our client’s property, people and assets on-site in Scotland. You will operate in line with Assignment Instructions (AI's) and maintain high standards of health and safety while staying compliant with UK laws.

Candidate must have prior security experience and hold an SIA licence; SC clearance is desirable. The role includes ongoing training, licence renewals and a commitment to Mitie and the client across shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous Security Experience
• SIA License
• SC Clearance desirable

Responsibilities

• Protect customer property, people and assets by delivering security services per Assignment Instructions (AIs) and changes.
• Complete all site tasks and duties as defined in the published Assignment Instructions (AIs).
• Renew front-line SIA licence at least 16 weeks before expiry and maintain compliance with required courses.
• Report Health & Safety hazards on site and keep incident notebooks for reports.
• Call emergency services and the Communications Centre to report incidents as needed.
• Maintain professional conduct when dealing with challenging customers and follow instructions and procedures.
