Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking an on-site security professional to protect client properties and assets in line with published Assignment Instructions. You will work to meet KPIs and SLA targets, while maintaining compliance with UK law and licence requirements.

Role requires an SIA Licence and may involve sites where SC clearance is desirable. Ongoing training, licence renewals, and access to Mitie’s benefits platform are provided to support your development.

Qualifications

• Previous Security Experience required.
• SIA Licence is required.
• SC Clearance desirable for certain sites.

Responsibilities

• Protect client property, people and assets per AI instructions and changes.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs to maintain contracts.
• Complete required training and renew licences as needed.
• Follow policies, legal requirements and safety obligations on site.
• Record incidents and log details for incident reporting.
