Job summary

Expleo UK LTD in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced SAP Systems Trainer to support a major deployment project in Wolverhampton. This role focuses on SAP Plant Maintenance within an Enterprise Asset Management programme and digital transformation.

You will design and deliver SAP training using tools such as SAP Enable Now and Articulate Rise, run classroom and online sessions, evaluate learning impact, and collaborate with BPM, testing, and communications teams to ensure adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience creating simulation training.
• 5+ years in a training creation and delivery position.
• Experienced SAP user with enterprise deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver SAP Manufacturing modules to business end users.
• Design Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Develop training content including classroom, online courses, assessments and videos.
• Host on-site and off-site training events and provide floor-walking support.
