Job summary

Wolviston Management Services at Greatham is recruiting a SAP Data Controller to join the Engineering function and support SAP PM/MM data, master data and Enterprise Asset Management processes.

You will work with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations and SAP users to ensure data accuracy, workflows and reporting support safe, reliable site operations while improving systems and delivering operational insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering or supporting SAP Plant Maintenance or Enterprise Asset Management solutions.
• HNC-level education in an engineering discipline, such as Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years’ relevant industrial experience in asset management, maintenance systems or CAPEX data.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM and maintenance performance metrics (OEE, MTBF, MTTR).
• Experience developing performance reports or dashboards and using BI tools.
• Strong IT skills, including Excel, with ability to create tools and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve functional workflow processes for SAP PM/MM and Enterprise Asset Management.
• Create, change and manage SAP PM data including functional locations, equipment, BOMs and maintenance plans.
• Support SAP master data accuracy across plant areas.
• Manage complementary systems and data interfaces related to maintenance.
• Provide first-line support to manufacturing SAP users.
• Coach users in effective use of SAP PM and related systems.
• Develop and enhance SAP Planned Maintenance module functionality.
• Plan and prioritise master data maintenance to support statutory, maintenance and CAPEX programmes.
• Develop automated reports aligned to business goals.
• Provide performance information for Site Leadership and Engineering Managers.
• Liaise with external suppliers to support engineering solutions.
