Job summary

Eursap – Europe’s #1 SAP Recruitment Agency ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is seeking an SAP Plant Maintenance/Data Analyst for an 18-month+ contract in Exeter, UK, with outside IR35. The role focuses on gathering, preparing and validating Asset Management data ahead of migration into SAP S/4HANA.

You will collaborate with business users, SMEs and site teams to ensure data is complete, accurate and ready for migration, and you will support mock loads and ongoing validation throughout the project.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience with SAP Plant Maintenance or related SAP data roles.
• Understanding of SAP PM / Asset Management master data objects.
• Experience with data migration, data cleansing or master data preparation.
• Experience with data load templates and mock/test loads (beneficial).
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manipulate large data volumes.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to validate data and investigate discrepancies.
• Confident communicator with business users, site teams and SMEs.
• Organised and able to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Gather and consolidate SAP Plant Maintenance / Asset Management master data from existing systems and business teams.
• Work with SAP master data objects and understand data requirements for migration.
• Collaborate with site representatives to obtain, extract, manipulate and verify data.
• Complete Excel-based data load templates for migration into S/4HANA.
• Support mock data loads and migration cycles.
• Perform data validation and quality checks after each load.
• Identify gaps, errors and discrepancies and resolve missing information with stakeholders.
• Track progress against data migration deadlines and escalate as needed.
• Support broader migration, testing and implementation activities.
