Job summary

Amazon is seeking an on-site Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Technician to maintain a wide range of site equipment and workspaces while enforcing Health and Safety standards. You will help prevent downtime and improve equipment availability across EU sites, with involvement in apprenticeships and continuous improvement initiatives.

Based on experience, you will perform proactive and preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and work across shifts to support Amazon's fast

Qualifications

• Qualified engineer with relevant experience in maintenance.
• Experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
• Advanced English language skills (verbal & written).

Responsibilities

• Proactive and preventative maintenance on site equipment.
• Reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse.
• Use the latest tools to maximise equipment effectiveness.
• Uphold health and safety policies and practices.
• Support the development of on-site apprentices.
• Work on continuous improvement projects and rollout best practices across EU sites.
