Job summary

ctrg limited is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support on-site operations in the Midlands. The role acts as the main point of contact, supervising staff, ensuring safety and legal compliance, and managing day-to-day operations to meet clients’ needs and KPIs.

The coordinator will manage absences, coordinate with client supervisors, drive performance, plan rotas, and coordinate recruitment events such as open days and assessment days.
