We're Hiring: Recruitment On-Site Co-ordinator

?? Salary:£12.50 - £13.00 per hour

Join our dynamic team as an On-Site Recruitment Co-ordinator at our clients busy warehouseand play a crucial role in delivering exceptional workforce solutions at the heart of our client’s operations.

About the Role

As a Recruitment On-Site Co-ordinator, you will be the go-to person for managing day-to-day workforce operations on-site. You’ll ensure that recruitment targets are met, employee engagement remains high, and all staffing processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities on-site

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and temporary staff

  • Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and induction processes

  • Monitor attendance and performance of on-site staff

  • Resolve employee queries and provide HR support where necessary

  • Maintain accurate records and provide reports to management
