As a Recruitment On-Site Co-ordinator, you will be the go-to person for managing day-to-day workforce operations on-site. You’ll ensure that recruitment targets are met, employee engagement remains high, and all staffing processes run smoothly.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment activities on-site
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and temporary staff
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and induction processes
Monitor attendance and performance of on-site staff
Resolve employee queries and provide HR support where necessary
Maintain accurate records and provide reports to management
Previous experience in recruitment or on-site recruitment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software
