Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting a Quality Advisor / Quality Engineer on behalf of a leading tier-one main contractor to support a flagship energy storage infrastructure scheme in North Wales. This 12-month assignment focuses on quality close-out and handover to National Grid.

You will own quality records, ensure compliance with National Grid standards, and work closely with site teams to verify works align with quality plans.

Qualifications

• Direct experience on National Grid schemes.
• Track record driving major civil/energy projects to completion.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ITPs, QA/QC docs.
• Willingness to work full-time on site in North Wales.

Responsibilities

• Own quality records, redline drawings, and ITP completions to closure.
• Ensure QA docs meet National Grid standards and specs.
• Verify site works align with quality plans and evidence.
• Identify non-conformances, audit, and close out snags.
• Coordinate with supply chain and client reps for handover.
