Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of planning, coordinating, scheduling, inventory management and production control experience, preferably with plastic injection moulding processes.
• Good understanding of Oracle (or similar) MRP based planning system.
• Strong capability in modern planning concepts and practice.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production to meet customer requirements across production cycles and lab processes.
• Coordinate production plans to ensure materials are available per schedules.
• Review production performance, cycle times and efficiencies for improvements.
• Generate lead times and provide data to demand planning; notify of delays.
• Schedule trials of new tools and refurbished/repaired tools.
• Work with warehouse to ensure materials and stock are available for production.
• Generate metrics for production performance and support annual inventories.
