Proftech Talent is seeking an experienced Production Planner to support manufacturing in a highly regulated environment at Aldermaston, Reading. You will translate master schedules into day-to-day activities and balance demand with capacity to meet delivery targets.

The role requires strong planning skills, hands-on experience with MRP, Lean practices, and the ability to collaborate across manufacturing, operations and technical teams.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in production planning or production control.
• Experience developing and maintaining capacity plans and detailed production schedules.
• Good working knowledge of MRP systems and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain detailed production plans, translating master schedules into day-to-day manufacturing activities.
• Create and maintain capacity planning models to balance demand against resources.
• Ensure production requirements are planned and entered into MRP systems.
• Identify and resolve barriers to progress to keep production on schedule.
• Support manufacturing cost estimates, production schedules and work estimates.
• Apply Lean Planning and kanban/push-pull processes.
• Monitor and report on KPIs and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, operations and technical teams to resolve conflicting demands.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
