Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Production Manager to lead the Manufacturing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is onsite in Glenrothes with responsibility for production plans, budget control, and Lean initiatives.

You will collaborate across Glenrothes and Livingston sites, require BPSS clearance, and drive safety, quality improvements and on-time delivery in a high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Management or related manufacturing roles.
• Degree or Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering or Operations.
• Eligible for BPSS clearance.

Responsibilities

• CAM for the Manufacturing function and control of budgets.
• Develop and execute production plans to meet on-time delivery.
• Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives and drive process improvements.
• Manage safety procedures and employee performance development.
• Drive quality improvements using RTX CORE principles.
