Job summary

PeoplePlus is recruiting a permanent, full-time Multi Skills Tutor to deliver Construction, CSCS, and Health & Safety training on-site at HMP Millsike. You will work with small prison-based groups, developing skills, knowledge and behaviours while guiding learners toward long-term goals.

The role requires Level 3 Vocational qualification and vocational training experience. Teaching or assessing qualifications are desirable, with support offered during probation to attain them.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Vocational qualification required.
• Experience delivering vocational based training.
• Teaching or assessing qualification is desirable.
• Ability to display a wide range of training methods to engage learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and engage learners who may have had little or no prior education.
• Develop training plans and provide guidance to learners.
• Support learners with long-term goals and aspirations.
• Deliver on-site training at HMP Millsike to small prison-based groups.
