Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging practical and theory-based training in Site Carpentry up to Level 3.
• Develop learners' skills across framing, joisting, roofing and general site carpentry.
• Promote health and safety, including safe working at height and proper tool use.
• Support learners with literacy, numeracy and digital skills alongside vocational training.
• Adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs and help learners reach potential.
• Prepare learners for employment by developing technical skills and teamwork.
