Job summary

PeoplePlus is recruiting a permanent, full-time Multi Skills Tutor to deliver Training in Construction, CSCS and Health & Safety at HMP Millsike. You will work with small prison-based groups to develop skills, knowledge and behaviours and support learners towards their long-term goals.

You will design training plans, deliver high-quality courses and adapt methods to engage learners. Teaching or assessing qualifications are desirable, and we offer support during probation to achieve relevant

Qualifications

• Permanent, full-time Multi Skills Tutor for construction, CSCS and Health & Safety.
• Experience delivering vocational training to learners with limited prior education.
• Teaching or assessing qualification desirable; on-the-job support available during probation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training in Construction, CSCS and Health & Safety to prison-based learners.
• Develop training plans and ensure learners progress toward long-term goals.
• Engage learners with diverse teaching methods and provide guidance and feedback.
