Job summary

Disability North in the UK is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide admin support for a 21-year-old maths postgraduate student with Autism and ADHD. This on-site role requires being present 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday, in York area.

You will organise emails, track deadlines, and help the student attend lectures and catch up on missed sessions. Flexibility is essential; you should be well organised, patient, reliable, and able to coach.

Responsibilities

• Organise emails and ensure timely action on tasks.
• Check deadlines and ensure the student meets them.
• Help the student attend lectures and catch up on missed sessions within days.
• Delegate administration to support executive function.
• Keep records of meetings for parents and assist with handover to deputies.
